A question parents-to-be ask in every one of my childcare sessions is: What do I really need for my baby? My answer is: A few things of good quality that can grow and/or be converted - also for reasons of sustainability. A changing unit that is big enough for you to store all your clothes, care products etc. prevents you forgetting something somewhere and the baby lying on the changing table already undressed. It also helps to have some space at the side to keep the washcloth and bowl to hand - make it easy for yourself, you often change at the beginning!

The most important point to consider when buying a crib is, of course, safety. Well thought-out functionality and the available space in the children's room are other factors that you can consider when making your decision.
Did you know that all our Pinolino beds are very robust and comply with the European safety standard EN 716 thanks to a sturdy slatted frame and reinforced side parts? In addition, all slatted frames can bear loads of up to 35 kg and are height-adjustable in three positions, meaning that your child can sleep optimally and safely from birth to toddler age. Our 140 x 70 cm beds also come with conversion sides or blocks so that you can later convert the crib into a junior bed.
