We are a family business with around 85 employees at our Münster site. Our committed and innovative team is the basis for our success. We are always looking for qualified and motivated staff for our specialist departments.
So if you would like to become part of the Pinolino team because you like flat hierarchies and enjoy taking on new challenges, then we should get to know each other as soon as possible!

Tip & Tips for your application

We welcome digital applications. Therefore, please send us your documents by e-mail to bewerbung@pinolino.de. If possible, please combine your documents into one PDF file and pay attention to the data volume of your documents.

Of course, we will also accept your application by post.

Please make sure that your documents are complete. Your application should include a cover letter, a CV and all relevant certificates (diplomas and references).

Please state the vacant position for which you are applying. Your desired salary expectations and earliest starting date should also be included in your application.

If a suitable position is not currently vacant under Jobs please send us an unsolicited application.

The application process at Pinolino

  After sending your application by e-mail to bewerbung@pinolino.de you will automatically receive a confirmation of receipt.

  We will review your application as quickly as possible and compare it with the requirements profile we have defined. We are also happy to give ambitious career changers and career starters a chance.

  This is followed by initial interviews, to which we will invite you in writing by email. Two people from Pinolino will take part in the first interview. The purpose of the interview is to get to know each other and have an initial exchange.

  This is followed by a second interview with selected applicants. This interview takes place with a different group of people. Here, the content of the first meeting and exchange is deepened and expanded upon.

  We are happy to give you as an applicant the opportunity to get to know Pinolino, the team, some tasks and your workplace in advance as part of a mutual "get-to-know-you day".

  If both sides can imagine working together, we will invite you to present our contract offer.

  Once the contract documents have been signed in full, we look forward to your first day at work, where you will get to know your colleagues and your mentor. Your induction will then begin on the basis of the induction plan that you will receive on your first day at work.
