What is the advantage of Pinolino children's furniture?

Your little ones grow up so quickly. This means that not only the clothes but also the children's furniture can often only be used for a short time. That's why we at Pinolino pay great attention to ensuring that our children's furniture grows with your child and is a loyal companion from baby to toddler age. Some products can even be used as living room furniture beyond that - whether in a teenager's room, living room or hallway.

What does solid wood mean?

Fully solid items are made entirely from solid wood and are therefore particularly high-quality and hard-wearing.

What does solid mean?

Many of our high-quality Pinolino children's furniture is made of solid wood, making each piece of furniture unique. The natural and environmentally friendly material ensures a sense of security and a pleasant room climate in the children's room. The sustainably produced wood is subject to the highest quality requirements and is characterized by its high stability.

What does semi-massive mean?

Solid wood items are made of wood if, in addition to solid wood, parts made of MDF (medium density fiberboard), chipboard or hardboard are also used. These are often fillings or back panels in order to be able to offer you the best possible price.

What does MDF mean?

MDF is a high-density wood material that is characterized by solid, smooth surfaces that are lacquered to be resistant to welding and saliva. MDF furniture impresses with its look and feel and retains its value even with intensive use.

What does decor mean?

Decor children's furniture is very durable. The chipboard is covered with a film, melamine or paper coating, making it water-repellent and scratch-resistant. The material enables an inexpensive construction.

Are the paints and varnishes used free of harmful substances?

For the entire range of products, we only use paints, varnishes and oils that are specially suitable and tested for children. They comply with the European standard EN 71-3, so your little ones can get up close and personal with our products without any worries. Alternatively, you can also get some items with untreated surfaces.

How long can I use a crib?

Pinolino children's beds will be with you for a very long time. All beds come with practical rungs and the slatted frames are height-adjustable in 3 positions. Conversion sides or blocks are also included with the 140 x 70 cm models, allowing you to convert the crib into a junior bed at a later date. Many can also be used as a cozy children's sofa and thus serve as practical seating furniture on play afternoons with friends.

Are there balance bikes or tricycles from Pinolino?

Yes, Pinolino has a very large selection of balance bikes and tricycles. Sturdy solid wood handlebars, safe impact protection on the handles, very robust rims and high-quality, non-flat tires characterize all models. How do Pinolino baby walkers work?

At around seven or eight months of age, you can really encourage your little one's walking skills with a baby walker. Pinolino baby walkers are equipped with an infinitely adjustable braking system so that the first, still wobbly steps can be perfectly supported.

Has a specialist retailer displayed the product I am looking for?

To find out whether the product is on display and in stock in your area, please contact your local specialist retailer. We will also be happy to give you the names of specialist retailers in your area by telephone, Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on +49 (0) 251 - 2 39 29-0. We also have an exhibition area of over 700 m² in our warehouse sale in Münster, where we present our Pinolino products for you to touch and marvel at. The warehouse sale is open Monday-Friday from 10 am to 5 pm and Saturday from 10 am to 2 pm.

When is the warehouse sale open?

Customers of all ages are welcome at our warehouse outlet in Münster. The opening hours are Mondays-Fridays from 10 am to 5 pm and Saturdays from 10 am to 2 pm. You can find more information about our warehouse sale on the warehouse-sale page.

Does Pinolino also deliver abroad?

Please contact the respective specialist retailer directly to find out which countries they ship our products to. Will I receive personal advice at the warehouse outlet and can I take the goods home with me directly?

Of course, you can get personal advice from our warehouse sales team on request. But if you just want to stroll through the beautiful exhibition in Münster, that's no problem either. What are Pinolino wooden patterns and what do I do with them?

Buying a children's room requires careful consideration. If you are interested in a Pinolino children's room and would like to check whether the color and material suit you and your interior perfectly, we will send you up to four meaningful wood samples of your choice free of charge and without obligation. I have lost the assembly instructions. Can you send me a new one?

We will be happy to send you new assembly instructions by email. Simply fill out this form directly on our website and we will help you as quickly as possible. What can I do if I have lost screws or components?

You can order lost spare parts via our contact form from us. In order to be able to help you as quickly as possible, please fill out the form completely. We will contact you as soon as we receive the form. We will be happy to provide you with information about the availability and prices of spare parts by telephone on Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on +49 (0) 251 - 2 39 29-90.

What can I do if I am not satisfied with the item or if it is incomplete or damaged?
