A family business on the outskirts of Münster with around 80 dedicated and creative employees. We all share a love of children's furniture and toys and a passion for producing sustainable wooden products for children

Our name is also the core of our philosophy: "Pino" means pine and perfectly describes the basis of the company. "lino" is the diminutive of the Italian word "Legno", which translates as "wood" and reflects our connection to natural materials. The combination of these two words makes the name perfect! Because to this day, natural materials and solid wood are the focus and inspiration of the diverse range and this is the origin of Pinolino Kinderträume.
Pinolino through the ages
1997
It all began in a small office and a warehouse in a barn on a farm in Münster-Nienberge. With the visionto develop and sell sustainable children's furniture and toys made of solid wood, Dr. Martin Funcke founded Pinolino.
1997
The Münster Christmas market is the perfect opportunity to present the unique range of wooden toys. Visitors took full advantage of the opportunity to stock up on wonderful, high-quality Christmas gifts.
2000
Pinolino needs more space. That's why we're moving to the industrial estate on the outskirts of Münster. Conveniently, there is also enough space for a warehouse outlet. Over the years, we continue to expand and grow to 7300 square meters of storage space and a warehouse outlet area of 450 square meters by 2006.

Pinolino catches the eye. Not only to customers, but also to the show with the mouse. Thanks to a joint idea, mouse, elephant and duck decorate an entire Pinolino children's room. "Sounds funny, but it's true"

The environment is important to us, which is why a photovoltaic array is being installed on our roof. Our now 11,000 square meters of building space are perfect for this.

Pinolino is committed to the careful use of raw materials in valuable habitats. This is now also proven by the FSC certificate (FSC-C120795).

Pinolino is not only present in Germany, but also internationally. At the "Baby Cool" trade fair in Paris, we are presenting ourselves for the first time to specialist retailers from all over the world in order to make important contacts and new friendships.

Pinolino goes online. The entire Pinolino range with 1,000 items as well as great promotional merchandise can now be purchased directly online at www.pinolino.de

The Pinolino Discovery Days take place for the first time. Our own in-house exhibition to present our new products. Due to the great interest and because we had a lot of fun organizing it, the Discovery Days are now held regularly every year in autumn.

We have reason to celebrate - our company anniversary 25 years of Pinolino!
We look back on eventful years and look forward to all the great little adventures that still lie ahead of us.
