With this certainty, we grant you, after registration of your product, up to ten years 'Pinolino-Plus-Guarantee'.

How does the 'Pinolino-Plus-Guarantee' work?

Register your Pinolino indoor product quickly and easily on our homepage by filling out the form on the page Product Registration . This secures you our 10-year 'Pinolino-Plus-Guarantee' and entitles you to a further eight years in addition to the statutory two-year guarantee. This excludes all outdoor products and handcarts.

Validity and scope of the guarantee

This guarantee declaration is exclusively valid for all Pinolino products (excluding outdoor items and handcarts) that have been registered for the Pinolino Plus Guarantee from 01.04.2024 using our form at https://www.pinolino.de/produktregistrierung/ registered for the Pinolino Plus Warranty.

The Pinolino Plus Warranty includes the extension of the statutory warranty period to 10 years from the date of purchase. The rights of the statutory liability for material defects according to §§ 437 ff. BGB remain unaffected by the guarantee and can be asserted free of charge beyond the period according to § 438 BGB in the aforementioned period.

The rights under the guarantee can be asserted at Pinolino Kinderträume GmbH. The prerequisite for this is the existence of a material defect iSd. § 434 BGB. In this case, the item will be repaired or replaced in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions of Pinolino Kinderträume GmbH (available at www.pinolino.de/agb) and to the extent permitted by law. A payment in cash is not possible.
